Background
The core principles of reason and virtues of Biotao dictate a high degree of transparency. It's with that in mind we have made the decision to place our Corporate Handbook online for all to see and access.
Having an option corporate handbook is both a liberating and daunting prospect, but we believe this transparency helps to foster understanding and reduce ignorance with all that we deal with.
We also believe by sharing the corporate handbook, it can become a resource to other organisations and supports our mission as an organisation.
Privacy and Security Considerations
There are some aspects of the corporate handbook that require an authorised login for privacy and security reasons. Anything not strictly related to that remains open to the public. Staff, contractors and supplier's private details are not contained within the handbook in any way nor are they connected to any system that has access to those details.
